I had a dream that I wanted to own my own new age boutique. I wanted a place where people can explore their spirituality & mysticism, without prejudice, in an elegant environment offering a wide selection of novelty & spiritual gift items, book lectures, workshops, personal fitness, psychic & tarot readings, and yoga.
Working diligently, days, nights, weekends - I was able to take my business plan, find a location, order inventory, set up the business, oversee the construction, obtain the technology and set up to open our doors for business on February 1, 2012. In only 8 weeks, (we took off the week of Thanksgiving & Christmas) I opened the doors of Mystical Parlors. This is simply an amazing accomplishment.
Many friends helped out to do whatever they could, but I would like to especially thank those who were invaluable to me - Frank Altieri, Aurora Weiss, Andy Liverant, Lara Scalzi, Ariel Malachi Sirocco, Maven (Byron) Lore, Ron Rifkin, Robert Ortner, Dnash Pherathu, Craig Strother and Derek Evan Renninger .
It is with much love and appreciation for everyone who has encouraged me, helped me, made suggestions, worked with or for me, laughed with me, and loved me that I am proud to introduce my dream – Mystical Parlors.
I would also like to take this opportunity to dedicate this endeavor to my beloved children, Tom Snyder and Kayla Snyder. They have made my life complete and worth living. Everything I do, I do for them and because of them.
